As part of the 2025 Planet Wimborne Green Festival, we've issued a challenge:
Submit a photo of an outfit for an event or activity, accompanied by a title explaining the event or activity it is intended for.
The outfit and any accessories should include at least three pre-loved items from three different sources.* (Existing own clothing/items can be included, but nothing new apart from haberdashery, i.e. ribbons, buttons).
Competition closing date: 6th October.
Exploring and using Eco friendly and long lasting sustainable pans, including cooking tips and food tasting.
Great offers and a prize on the night.

A Climate Café® is a community-led, informal, inspiring space to get together, share ideas, information and get involved in climate action.
No need to book tickets. Just come along for a friendly chat about how we can help the environment over a cup of tea/coffee and cake.

'When Less is More' is a Planet Wimborne Green Festival event with Patrick Grant from the hit BBC series, The Great British Sewing Bee, on Saturday 18th October at Queen Elizabeth School, Wimborne.
Join us for a talk by Dr George Green, a trustee of Dorset Bird Club, as he shares with us his many years of experience birdwatching in our local area.
Doors will open at 7.30pm for refreshments prior to a 8pm start. The talk should last about one hour and includes a Q&A session.
