A Dorset CAN Action Evening with Professor Tim Lenton (Chair in Climate Change & Earth System Science, University of Exeter Director of the Global Systems Institute).
Dorset Wildlife Trust is running an event at the Museum of East Dorset during half term. Children can make cool sea creatures from recycled stuff, search for ocean critters in the special garden trail and meet the team from DWT who will be bringing the beach with their Lean, Mean Table top Beach clean & Recycle Island. The event takes place on Tuesday 22nd Feb from 10am to 1pm.
Price is £3 per child and there is no need to book.
Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is holding a week long Dark Skies Festival over the February half-term to help people learn more about dark skies and introduce all ages to the wonders of stargazing.
